The She Hub Ghana is an organization dedicated to economic and social empowerment of women, youth and rural communities through information sharing, trainings programmes, community based projects and other empowerment actions. The Hub is an initiative that aims to strengthen especially Women Owned businesses, Women Led businesses and women and girls who are looking to create livelihoods. The vision of She Hub is to create a world where women businesses thrive. She Hub would achieve the above vision through providing an enabling environment for the development and growth of sustainable female businesses with the aim of job creation. She Hub target clientele include but not limited to Women owned businesses, Women Led businesses, skilled but unemployed youth especially Girls and Strong focus on social enterprises development. Our ideal world is one in which women Are involved in business decision making, have a voice and a say in their business and the policies that affect them, are empowered to lead and grow major businesses and overcome cultural & social barriers and other subtle biases in order to participate in the global economy

Methodology
Methods used over the period for our trainings include experience sharing, peer to peer learning, lectures, entrepreneurial games, role plays, group work and entrepreneurial videos. Training modules include: entrepreneurship and SME development, business cash flow management, record-keeping, business planning and decision-making, market positioning, production management, financial literacy, banking culture, access to financial services, among others.
The She Hub has trained and equipped youth and women entrepreneurs with the skills mentioned above using various practical methodologies such as the Competency based Economies through Formation of Entrepreneurs(CEFE) methodology. Competency based Economies through Formation of Entrepreneurs (CEFE) is a successful method of teaching business development. It is a comprehensive set of training instruments using an action oriented approach and experiential learning methods to develop and enhance the business management and personal competencies of a wide range of target groups, mostly in the context of income and employment generation and economic development. We have equipped and coached
many SME operators over the years. These MSME operators have been able to grow their businesses, generate enough profit and create employment.
